International orders are final sale. We do not accept returns.
Replacement or refund is only provided for damaged or incorrect items.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet started.
  • If canceled before production, a full refund will be issued (minus payment gateway fees, if applicable).
  • Once the order has entered production, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • You can change your order, only if production has not yet started.

2. Returns

Because our products are made to order / custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the item has been shipped.

Please ensure all details (design, size, color, and address) are correct before completing checkout.

3. Refunds

Refunds are only granted if:

  • The order is canceled before production begins.
  • The item arrives damaged or not as described.

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos or videos as proof.

We will offer a replacement or partial/full refund depending on the case.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Customer mistakes (wrong size, wrong address, wrong design).
  • Change of mind after shipment.
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper care.
